The pricing model at North Idaho Regenerative Medicine is simple and transparent. We have found that when insurance companies are involved in patient billing they dictate care for patients, thus resulting in patients not receiving the best care possible.
As all of the services offered by Dr. Potts are not covered by insurance, our office has a cash-based model. This ensures that YOU are the focus, not the insurance provider. North Idaho Regenerative Medicine exists to serve each individual coming through our door with comprehensive, patient-centered care.

No two people have the same pain tolerance. In general, you can expect increased pain for one to three days as your body’s natural inflammatory response kicks in. Most patients return to their baseline pain approximately two weeks after their procedure. This natural pain response subsides with time as you go through the healing process.
There is no magic pill that will take your pain away. However, Regenerative Medicine is a promising field that in Dr. Potts’ experience has helped the majority of patients that we’ve treated. If you are in overall good health, your chances of pain relief are higher than someone who is not.
If you currently don’t feel that your health is optimal, we can provide resources and help you to get there prior to receiving treatment. We are careful to only treat patients that we feel will best respond to treatment. This is based on years of experience and thousands of cases. We do not treat autism, cancer, spinal cord or traumatic brain injury.
The answer to this question depends on the severity of your condition and your body's overall healing capacity. Previous experience shows that patients who regularly move, follow lifestyle recommendations and take supplements progress better through the healing process.
Commonly, there is an increase in pain for two weeks after the procedure, as your body’s natural inflammatory response goes to work healing your damaged tissue.
It can take 4-6 weeks to regenerate tissue and to see pain relief could continue for months after that. Do not be discouraged. With stem cell therapy treatments, the benefits are usually seen in between 3-6 months. You may experience the “roller coaster” syndrome where you feel great one day, and for no apparent reason, the area treated starts to hurt again. This is normal in the healing process.
